Identification

In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that the website megustaelturismo.es (hereinafter “the site”) is an information site with guides to the filming locations of films and series shot in Spain. You can contact its owner at pindintrat@gmail.com.

Purpose and terms of use

Access to the site is free and does not require registration. Visitors agree to use it lawfully and not to do anything that could harm the site, its operation or third parties.

The content is informational. We check addresses, prices and opening hours on official websites and note the date of the last check on every guide, but they can change without notice. Some locations are private property or closed to visitors: before you go, confirm access and conditions with the official source and always follow the rules of the place.

Intellectual property

The texts and the design of the site belong to its owner. Short quotations are allowed if you name the site and link to the original guide; any other reproduction requires prior authorisation.

The photographs in the guides come from Wikimedia Commons. Each one is published with its author’s name, its licence (for example Creative Commons) and a link to the source page, shown next to the image. If you reuse a photo, check its licence on that page.

Titles, character names and other material from films and series belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for information only.

If you own content published on the site and believe its use is not correct, write to us at pindintrat@gmail.com with the content and the address where it appears. We will review it and, if appropriate, remove or correct it.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party websites, such as the official pages of monuments and museums, transport services or Wikimedia Commons. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or terms. Some guides include Google Maps maps, which load only if you click the button for them.

Liability

The owner is not liable for damage resulting from service interruptions, technical errors or the use made of the published information, without prejudice to what the applicable law provides.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
