Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit megustaelturismo.es or write to us, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

Data controller

The controller is the owner of the site. You can write to pindintrat@gmail.com with any question about your data.

What data we process and why

Browsing. The site has no user accounts, comments, forms, advertising, affiliate programmes or analytics tools. When you visit it, the server records in its technical logs your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser. These logs are used only to keep the site running and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service (Article 6.1.f GDPR). They are kept for the time strictly needed for that purpose and then deleted.

Email. If you write to us, we process your address and what you tell us in order to reply. Legal basis: your consent when you write to us (Article 6.1.a GDPR). We keep messages as long as needed to deal with your query.

We do not build profiles or take automated decisions with your data, and we do not sell it or pass it to third parties, unless the law requires it.

Who else can access the data

• Hosting. The server hosting provider accesses the technical logs only to provide that service.
• Email. The contact account is a Gmail account, a Google service. Google processes the messages as a processor under its own terms, which may involve international transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
• Maps. Some guides include a Google Maps map. The map does not load until you click the button to view it; from then on Google processes your data (for example, your IP address) under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, request restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to pindintrat@gmail.com and say which right you want to exercise.

If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
