Cookie policy

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. This page explains their use on megustaelturismo.es, in line with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

First-party cookies

The site does not use analytics, advertising or affiliate cookies, and it has no user accounts. It can only store in your browser the technical data strictly needed for the page to work, which does not require your consent. Fonts are served from our own server. That is why we do not show you a cookie banner when you arrive.

Third-party content

Some guides include a Google Maps map of the locations. The map does not load until you click the button to view it. Until then no data is sent to Google and no Google cookie is installed. When you click the button, Google loads the map and may install its own cookies, for which it is responsible. You can read about them in its cookie policy.

On a computer, guides that have a trailer show a muted clip of the trailer in the header, embedded from youtube-nocookie.com (YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode). It loads only after the page has finished loading, and it does not load on mobile devices, when your system asks for reduced motion or when data saving is on. Even in this mode YouTube may store data in your browser (for example in local storage) and receives your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy. The full trailer with sound and the Google Maps maps load only when you click their button.

Links to other websites (official pages, transport, Wikimedia Commons) open on the destination site and install nothing while you are on ours.
